Dylan Troy Jackson

A Wolf Point man who was picked up on a federal warrant made an appearance in court.

Dylan Troy Jackson, 21, was arraigned in Great Falls Federal Court for kidnapping of an individual under 18, assault resulting in serious bodily injury and assault resulting in substantial bodily injury to a minor. He pled not guilty and is being held pending trial.

Last week the FBI issued a wanted poster for Jackson.

Jackson is charged with assisting in a September 15, 2021 kidnapping. He is one of several individuals facing charges stemming from the kidnapping incident.

The indictment alleges Jackson, along with co-defendants, kidnapped and assaulted an individual identified as a juvenile female.

If convicted of the most serious crime, Jackson faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and not less than five years to a lifetime of supervised release.
